压密注浆是一种静压注浆技术,采用履带式振动钻机携带特制注浆头钻孔,直接利用钻杆作为注浆管分段注浆。与普通注浆技术相比,不需要打导孔、下花管、止浆等环节,大大提高了施工效率,振动造孔为无水钻进,减少了对土体的扰动。本文通过工程实例,介绍了在复杂地质条件下压密注浆法的工艺原理、工艺流程、工艺要求、质量控制及对周边环境影响的控制,提出了施工过程中出现的常见问题及应对措施,以供参考。
Compaction grouting is a static pressure grouting technology, the use of crawler-type vibrating drill carrying a special grouting head drilling, direct use of the grouting pipe grouting pipe grouting.
