新厂新制管理模式在计划经济体制下有很多的优越性,通过对天津大唐国际盘山发电有限责任公司实行的“新厂新制”管理经验的调研和借鉴,结合马鞍山当涂发电有限公司的实际,对“新厂新制”管理的现状进行分析。针对新厂新制管理模式在当电出现的轻微“水土不服”情况,思考和应对新型火电厂建成以后如何更好、更快地适应新厂新制要求,最大限度发掘现有资源,充分发挥职工的聪明才智,提高管理效能,实现公司年度目标。
