The fourth distillation (evaporation) technology exchange was held in Qinhuangdao from December 2 to December 5, 1990. Vice Mayor Hu Deli of Qinhuangdao City attended the meeting and made an important speech. Representatives from the conference came from tertiary institutions, research and design and manufacturing enterprises of experts and engineering and technical personnel more than 30 people. A total of 30 papers were submitted to the conference for their speeches. Papers involved
