铜离子是植物生命活动必需的微量矿质元素。主要研究不同质量浓度的Cu2+对苦荞发芽势和发芽率、谷氨酸脱羧酶(GAD)活性及γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)形成的影响。结果表明,Cu2+对苦荞萌发具有低质量浓度(0.1 m g/L~0.5 mg/L)下的刺激效应,可明显提高苦荞发芽势和发芽率;以Cu2+质量浓度为0.2 mg/L处理苦荞,第4天时GABA的含量达到最高值。
Copper ions are trace mineral elements necessary for plant life activities. The effects of different concentrations of Cu2 + on the germination energy and germination rate, glutamic acid decarboxylase (GAD) activity and GABA formation of tartary buckwheat were studied. The results showed that Cu2 + had a stimulating effect on the germination of tartary buckwheat with low concentration (0.1 mg / L ~ 0.5 mg / L), which could significantly increase the germination potential and germination rate of tartary buckwheat. Cu2 + concentration of 0.2 mg / L Buckwheat, the highest content of GABA on the 4th day.
