钢轨缺陷威胁列车的运行安全。在钢轨缺陷形成的初始阶段对钢轨进行预防性打磨能有效防治缺陷的发展,延长钢轨使用寿命,同时也能减少在轨道上运行的机车车辆发生危险事故的几率。采用经验设计法设计了一种适用于铁路钢轨预防性打磨的型面,并阐述了其构造过程。然后用SIMPACK软件及CONTACT数值程序对其进行了列车动力学性能及轮轨接触性能的分析。结果表明,设计的钢轨预防性打磨型面能保证车辆的运行性能,符合预期。在钢轨打磨型面设计上做了尝试,为我国铁路钢轨打磨型面优化设计提供了借鉴。
Rail defects threaten the safe operation of trains. Preventive grinding of rails during the initial stage of rail defect formation can effectively prevent and control defects and prolong the service life of the rails. At the same time, it can also reduce the risk of dangerous accidents in rolling stock running on rails. An experience design method is adopted to design a profile suitable for the preventive grinding of railroad tracks, and its construction process is expounded. Then it uses SIMPACK software and CONTACT numerical program to analyze the train dynamics performance and wheel-rail contact performance. The results show that the design of the rail preventative sanding surface can ensure the performance of vehicles operating in line with expectations. Attempts were made on the design of rail polished surface, which provided reference for the optimization design of rail polished surface in our country.
