该系统以51单片机为控制核心,以一升水为控制对象,以DS18B20为温度传感器,通过模糊算法实现预设温度的实时控制。为满足不同条件对控制系统温度的控制,系统提供多种模式完成温度设置。其一为控制操作室的预值控制,其二为现场的手动控制,其三为PC机对单片机的远程监测控制。基于VB的串口通信,实现了温度曲线的动态多方式显示输出,串口通信参数的设定,以及各种控制命令的设定,从而实现PC机对系统的可视化控制。
The system uses 51 SCM as the control core, with a liter of water as the control object, DS18B20 as the temperature sensor, real-time control of the preset temperature by the fuzzy algorithm. To meet the different conditions of the control system temperature control, the system provides a variety of modes to complete the temperature setting. One of the control room for the pre-value control, the second is the manual control of the scene, the third for the PC remote monitoring and control of the microcontroller. Based on the VB serial communication, the temperature curve of the dynamic multi-display output, serial communication parameters set, as well as a variety of control commands set, so as to achieve PC visual control of the system.
