符号是数学的语言。符号感主要表现在能从具体情境中抽象出数量关系和变化规律,并用符号来表示;理解符号所代表的数量关系和变化规律;会进行符号间的转换;能选择适当的程序和方法解决用符号所表示的问题。《新课程标准》强调发展学生的符号感,低年段是学生系统学习数学的开始,学生年龄小,抽象思维能力弱,如何培养低年级学生的符号感呢?下面结合本人的教学实践谈几点策略。
