本文研究了MDS患者血浆对正常人巨核系祖细胞(CFU-MK)集落生长作用和巨核细胞、血小板计数与这种血浆活性关系.作者用巨核细胞血浆因子指数(PFI-MK)表示巨核细胞集落,检测了15例MDS患者和15例正常人血浆对正常CFU-MK生长刺激能力.结果表明,MDS患者PFI-MK较正常人明显减低,虽然补充红细胞生成素(EPO)可增加两者PFI-MK,但MDS患者PFI-MK仍较正常人低.作者认为MDS患者低的血浆刺激活性PFI-MK与无效巨核细胞生成有关.作者发现正常人巨核细胞数量与血小板计数呈正相关(r=0.78),MDS患者则无此相关性,两者PFI-MK均与血小板计数无相关性.加或不加EPO的
In this study, we investigated the effects of plasma from patients with MDS on the colony growth of normal human megakaryocyte progenitor cells (CFU-MK) and the relationship between megakaryocyte and platelet counts and the plasma activity of the megakaryocyte colonies using megakaryocyte plasma factor index (PFI-MK) , And tested the plasma stimulation of normal CFU-MK in 15 patients with MDS and 15 normal persons.The results showed that PFI-MK was significantly lower in patients with MDS than in normal people, although supplementation of erythropoietin (EPO) MK, but the MDI patients PFI-MK is still lower than normal.The author believes that MDS patients with low plasma stimulating activity of PFI-MK and the generation of ineffective megakaryocytes.The author found that the normal population of megakaryocytes and platelet count was positively correlated (r = 0.78) , But there was no correlation between MDS patients and PFI-MK in both groups and platelet count had no correlation with or without EPO
