本文回顾分析我科1994年1月~2004年10月期间,用5-氟脲嘧啶(5-Fu)治疗急性胰腺炎(AP)46例,男性22例,女性24例,年龄19~83岁,平均49.3岁;以46例为对照组,男性20例,女性26例,年龄21~82岁,平均48.6岁。两组病例在性别、年龄、病情严重程度上均无统计学差异,均符合AP诊断标准:(1)急性 This article retrospectively analyzed 46 cases of acute pancreatitis (AP) treated with 5-fluorouracil in our department from January 1994 to October 2004.
