伴随着数字资源在图书馆馆藏中的重要性日益凸显,引发作为馆社店三方生态发展链中馆配商的变革,研究数字资源冲击下的馆配商转型具有重要意义。本文在重新认识出版社、图书馆与馆配商三者关系的基础上,指出馆配商应积极提升服务能力并适时把握机遇,转变服务思维,在采访工作、流通工作、图书馆馆藏资源挖掘、古籍修复整理及充任智库角色等方面主动辅助图书馆的学术转型,逐渐从单一提供人力资源的服务模式向辅助图书馆开展学术化知识服务方向发展。
With the increasing importance of digital resources in the collection of libraries, it is of great significance to study the transformation of museums and distributors under the impact of digital resources. On the basis of revisiting the relationship between publishers, libraries and patrons, this article points out that patrons should actively enhance their service ability and grasp the opportunities in a timely manner, and change their service thinking. As a result, it actively assisted the academic transformation of libraries, and gradually developed from the service mode of providing human resources alone to the auxiliary library for academic knowledge services.
