本文研究了不同钛含量对钒、钛微合金化汽车大梁用钢力学性能的影响。结果表明,0.02%~0.15%Ti对强度的影响分三个阶段:①<0.04%Ti,强度变化较小;②0.04%~0.08%Ti,强度随钛含量增加而显著升高;③0,08%~0.15%Ti,强度增加趋于平缓。其强度变化主要是细小弥散分布的TiC强化所致。根据试验结果,开发了一种性能稳定的汽车大梁用钢新产品。
In this paper, the effects of different titanium contents on the mechanical properties of vanadium and titanium microalloyed automotive beams were studied. The results show that the influence of 0.02% ~ 0.15% Ti on the strength is divided into three stages: ① <0.04% Ti, little change in strength; ② 0.04% ~ 0.08% Ti, Increase and significantly increased; ③0,08% ~ 0.15% Ti, the intensity increase tends to be gentle.
