目的探讨双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片联合锌剂治疗小儿腹泻的临床疗效。方法 156例小儿腹泻患儿随机分为两组,对照组给予双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片,观察组给予双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片和锌剂。观察临床疗效及大便性状恢复时间、大便次数恢复时间、住院时间,记录不良反应。结果观察组总有效率(92.31%)明显高于对照组(84.62%)(P<0.05),呕吐缓解时间、大便性状及次数恢复时间、住院时间较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05);两组均无明显不良反应。结论双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片联合锌剂能快速改善小儿腹泻症状,疗效确切,安全可靠,值得推广。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Bifidobacterium Lactobacillus combined with live zinc tablets in treating children with diarrhea. Methods One hundred and fifty-five children with infantile diarrhea were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given Lactobacillus bifidosis triple viable tablet, the observation group was given Lactobacillus bifidosis triple viable tablet and zinc agent. To observe the clinical efficacy and stool recovery time, stool frequency recovery time, hospital stay, record adverse reactions. Results The total effective rate (92.31%) in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (84.62%) (P <0.05). Vomiting relief time, stool traits and times of recovery and hospital stay were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P <0.05) No significant adverse reactions in the group. Conclusions Bifidobacterium Lactobacillus triple viable tablet combined with zinc can rapidly improve the symptoms of children with diarrhea. The curative effect is safe, reliable and worthy of promotion.
