叶醇(顺式3—己烯1—醇)是一种品优味浓的食品香料。除天然存在少量以外,一般由3—己炔1—醇氢化而制得。由于条件差异,同时产生少量反式结构及正己醇等杂质,在用气相色谱仪分析测定外醇含量时,由于极性差异甚微,组成难分离的分离对。经多柱筛选,本文采用DEGS极性柱,以外标峰高校正法测定各杂质,差减法计算主峰叶醇的含量,得到满意结果。
