采用稻草碱法制浆黑液对高岭土进行改性,并以改性高岭土为填料,与聚丙烯酰胺和接枝聚丙烯酸的纤维和超细纤维共同用于未漂稻草浆中,研究了这些加填物对成纸强度性能、施胶性能、吸水性和脱水作用的影响。研究结果表明,改性高岭土提高了成纸强度性能和吸水性,可用于对吸水性要求较高和滤水时间较短的特殊用途中。
Kaolinite was modified by using straw alkaline black liquor and the modified kaolin was used as filler in combination with polyacrylamide and grafted polyacrylic acid fibers and ultrafine fibers in unbleached straw pulp. The effect of filler on the strength properties, sizing performance, water absorption and dehydration of paper. The results show that the modified kaolin can improve the strength and water absorbency of paper and can be used in special applications with high water absorption and short drainage time.
