目的:观察芪参复康胶囊(QSFK)对慢性疲劳综合征大鼠脑组织中单胺类神经递质含量的影响,从而探讨其抗应激作用机制。方法:用应激因素制备慢性疲劳模型,将50只Wistar雄性大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、参芪片组、QSFK小剂量组和高剂量组,用药组每日灌胃给药1次,15d后处死各组大鼠,用荧光法检测脑组织中单胺类神经递质的含量。结果:与模型组比较,参芪片组、QSFK小剂量组和高剂量组的大鼠脑组织中去甲肾上腺素(NE),多巴胺(DA),5-羟色胺(5-HT),5-吲哚乙酸(5-HIAA)的含量明显升高,但各治疗组间含量差异均无显著性。结论:QSFK可以提高脑组织中单胺类神经递质的含量,可能与其抗应激反应的药理学作用相关。
Objective: To observe the effect of Qishen Fukang Capsule (QSFK) on monoamine neurotransmitters in the brain tissue of rats with chronic fatigue syndrome and to explore its anti-stress mechanism. Methods: Chronic fatigue model was prepared by using stress factors. Fifty Wistar male rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model group, Shenqi Tablet group, QSFK low-dose group and high-dose group. 1 and 15 days later, the rats in each group were sacrificed and the contents of monoamine neurotransmitters in brain tissue were detected by fluorometry. Results: Compared with the model group, NE, DA, 5-HT, 5-HT and 5-HT in brain tissue of Shenqi tablet group, QSFK low dose group and high- Indoleacetic acid (5-HIAA) content was significantly increased, but the content of each treatment group was no significant difference. Conclusion: QSFK can increase monoamine neurotransmitters in brain tissue, which may be related to the pharmacological effects of anti-stress response.
