碾压混凝土筑坝技术是目前国际坝工界较为推崇的筑坝新兴技术之一,具有施工速度快、工期短、投资省和温控相对简单等优点。本文将在台山核电淡水水源工程碾压混凝土大坝施工过程中遇到的难点,如:无法采用开采骨料生产人工砂改为干法细碎天然河砂,因采用天然砂破碎后石粉含量偏少需对混凝土配合比进行优化,针对该大坝特点研制了悬挂外承式组合钢模板等,作为关键技术进行了研究,供今后类似工程参考和借鉴。
