应用垂体后叶素所致大鼠急性心肌缺血模型观察了硝苯吡啶、阿斯匹林及两者并用抗心肌缺血作用。结果表明:20%乙醇(2 ml/kg)、硝苯吡啶(0.05mg/kg)、阿斯匹林(0.025mg/kg)对大鼠缺血性心电图各项指标均无明显影响。硝苯吡啶(0.1mg/kg)、阿斯匹林(0.05mg/kg)及阿斯匹林加硝苯吡啶(o.o25+o.05mg/kg)均能显著对抗垂体后叶素引起的大鼠心电图1、2期ST—T的改变、心率减慢及心律失常的发生。剂量与效应相关。两者并用呈明显的协同效应。
