锤击法就是在利用FFA的基础上发展起来的一种测试技术。近年来,曾将该项技术应用到水轮机部件模态参数的分析中,并与传统试验结果进行比较,能完全满足工程需要。 作者将葛洲坝水轮机叶片模态分析结果,应用到叶片振动特性的估价中,绘制了转速及其派生的频率,卡曼涡频率与叶片固有频率关系的诺模图,可供设计参考。
Hammering is a testing technique developed on the basis of the use of FFA. In recent years, this technique has been applied to the analysis of modal parameters of turbine components and compared with the traditional test results to fully meet the engineering needs. The modal analysis results of turbine blades of Gezhouba Dam are applied to the evaluation of the vibration characteristics of the blade. The rotational speed and its derivative frequency, the nomogram of the relationship between the Karman vortex frequency and the natural frequency of the blade are plotted, which can be used as design reference.
