为了提高小儿癫痫脑电图的诊断率,我们于1989～1992年对临床怀疑癫痫,而脑电图常规检查未见癫痫放电的71例患儿,口服水合氯醛和采用半剥夺睡眠后进行睡眠诱发脑电图描记、现将结果分析报告如下。
