分析了双工作腔滑片压缩机气缸的型线问题,建立了判别气缸型线优劣的准则,提出了气缸型线的生成原理,依据该原理构造出6 种气缸型线并导出其特性方程.用判别准则分析这些型线时发现,简谐气缸型线的特性优于其它型线.通过分析简谐气缸型线的结构参数 相对升程对型线特性及工作腔容积的影响,优化出其合适的取值范围为0 .27 ~0 .35 .最后对采用简谐气缸型线的滑片压缩机与涡旋式压缩机的性能作了比较,结果表明:简谐气缸型线是双工作腔滑片压缩机比较理想的气缸型线
Based on the analysis of the profile of dual-acting vane compressor cylinder, the criterion of judging the advantages and disadvantages of cylinder profile is established, and the principle of cylinder profile generation is proposed. Based on this principle, six cylinder profiles are constructed and their characteristic equations . Analysis of these profiles using the discriminant criterion found that the characteristics of the simple harmonic cylinder profile are superior to those of other profiles. By analyzing the structural parameters of the simple harmonic cylinder line and the relative lift on the profile characteristics and the working chamber volume, the optimum range of 0 is optimized. 27 ~ 0. 35. Finally, the performance of vane compressor and vortex compressor with simple harmonic cylinder profile is compared. The results show that the simple harmonic cylinder profile is the ideal cylinder profile of dual working vane compressor
