民族地区职业院校新进教师存在学历、职称、学缘、性别、年龄等结构性问题,同时存在职业道德、实践操作技能、教育知识等职业素养问题。针对这些问题,提出增加职业教育的吸引力,设立职业院校新进教师门槛制度,改革职业院校人才引进制度,提高企业参与把新教师培养为“双师型”的积极性,加强职业技术师范院校建设,对民族地区职业院校新进教师采取倾斜政策等措施。
The new teachers in vocational schools in ethnic areas have such structural problems as academic qualifications, job titles, academic qualifications, gender, and age.
