本文对国产化高精度商用电子秤传感器的设计计算进行了深入的分析研究:通过力学模型的建立,力—应变分析,传感器结构参数设计,传感器受力点的变动与输出的关系亦即四角效应分析,激光散斑干涉法实验与理论分析计算的比较等一系列步骤,为获得高精度和长期稳定性保持在1/3000 F·S 的传感器提供了可靠的保证.文章还就传感器的零点不平衡、灵敏度温漂及蠕变等补偿技术提出了理论分析与实际解决方法.
