我区从1983年就开始了小学语文学法指导实验。十年来大体经历了“试点——发展——深化”三个阶段。初步摸索出一条小学语文教改的思路,为提高教师素质和大面积提高学生语文学习能力,做了有益的探索。十年改革步步深入通过对我区小学语文教学现状的调查,“重教轻学”、“重知识轻能力”的问题普遍存在,使得学生的学习负担过重,课堂教学效果差,甚至还不同程度地影响和制约着学生学习其它学科。为此,我们在省重点校——保二小学,开始进行小学语文学法指导实验,作为语文教改的试点。经过初步实验,教师加深了对“会学是学生终身受用的本事”的理解。教师在实验时,把预习指导引
