对高温高压管道环焊缝中的面状缺陷和体积状缺陷 ,介绍用超声偶波法( Satellite Pulses)进行定性定量的新技术。并与另外两种常用技术—波幅降落法和端点峰值回波法的定量结果作了比较分析。认为用时差法定量优于波幅法定量。
Introducing the new technology of qualitative and quantitative analysis by satellite pulses to the planar defects and volumetric defects in the high temperature and high pressure pipeline girth weld. And compared with the other two commonly used techniques - the amplitude drop method and the endpoint peak echo method were compared quantitatively. It is considered that the time difference method is better than the amplitude method.
