基于百强固位纤维优良的物理性能和良好的生物相容性,本研究通过对经牙髓治疗及各种类型充填后的离体牙进行了百强纤维预防性包裹和不作包裹处理,分别测定二者产生牙折或纤维带断裂、松脱时的加载压力,把各亚组平均值进行比较分析,探讨其预防继发性牙折裂的可行性.结果发现:预防性包裹后抗压能力显著增加,经t检验差别有极显著意义(P<0.01),而且远超过了青壮年正常咀嚼最大咬牙合力2倍;未包裹各组间抵抗力差别也有显著意义(P<0.05).因此,百强固位纤维包裹能明显增加抗压能力,完全达到正常行驶功能时预防牙齿折裂要求.
Based on the excellent physical properties and good biocompatibility of the top 100 retainer fibers, the present study investigated the effects of topical fiber prophylaxis and non-wrapping treatment on isolated teeth after endodontic treatment and various types of filling. The results showed that the compressive ability of prophylactic parcel after compression was higher than that of the control group (P <0.01), and far exceeded the normal mastication of young adults, the maximum occlusion force of 2 times; there is also a significant difference in the resistance between groups (P <0.05) .Therefore, One hundred strong retention of fiber package can significantly increase the compressive capacity, fully meet the normal driving functions to prevent tooth fracture requirements.
