采用复合材料补片对含中心裂纹的铝板进行胶接修补,利用ANSYS有限元软件中的INTER204单元来模拟胶层,运用APDL语言参数化建模,分析了复合材料补片的长度、宽度以及厚度对裂纹板剩余疲劳寿命的影响规律。结果表明:增加补片的宽度和厚度可以增加CCT板剩余疲劳寿命,而增加补片的长度却使CCT板剩余疲劳寿命减小。
A composite patch was used to bond the aluminum plate with the center crack. The INTER204 element in ANSYS finite element software was used to simulate the glue layer. The APDL language parametric modeling was used to analyze the length, width and thickness of the composite patch Influence law of remaining fatigue life of cracked plate. The results show that increasing the width and thickness of the patch can increase the residual fatigue life of the CCT board, while increasing the patch length reduces the remaining fatigue life of the CCT board.
