作者对分离到的11株O139型霍乱弧 菌进行特性鉴定显示,大部分菌株在血琼脂上呈现A、B两种克隆变体.两者在产生溶血环、可溶性血凝素(SHA)-蛋白酶、A型菌毛(TcpA)、霍乱毒素(CT)、外膜蛋白(OmpT)等毒力因子上各不相同,但两者均产生荚膜,脂多糖(LPS)的产量亦无明显差别.从O139型霍乱弧菌4260B株纯化得到的CT在结构和免疫学上与ElTor CT一致.中国仓鼠卵巢细胞试验表明,O139型、El-Tor型和古典型霍乱弧菌CT具有相同的生物学效应.4260B株LPS的单克隆抗体可与所有O139型霍乱弧菌的A、B变体发生强凝集反应.十二烷基硫酸-钠聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳和免疫印迹测定显示,抗LPS单克隆和多克隆抗体均与O139LPS发生反应,但不与O1群小川型或稻叶型霍乱弧菌 LPS发生反应.
The characterization of 11 isolates of Vibrio cholerae O139 showed that most of the strains showed two clonal variants of A and B on blood agar, both of which were responsible for the formation of hemolytic loops, soluble hemagglutinin (SHA) -protease , TcpA, CT and OmpT. However, there was no significant difference in the production of capsular and lipopolysaccharide (LPS) between the two strains. The CT images purified from Vibrio cholerae O139 strain 4260B are consistent in structure and immunology with those of ElTor CT.Chinese hamster ovary cells showed that O139, El-Tor and classical V. cholerae CT have the same biological effect The monoclonal antibody against the 4260B strain LPS was strongly agglutinated with all of the A and B variants of Vibrio cholerae O139, and sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and immunoblotting showed that anti-LPS monoclonal And polyclonal antibodies all reacted with O139LPS but did not react with O1 group Ogawa-type or rice leaf-type Vibrio cholerae LPS.
