为明确施工温度对SMA-16混合料路面性能的影响,并为SMA-16路面施工的合理拌和及碾压成型温度提供技术依据,研究不同温度条件下沥青与矿料的粘附性;同时拟定4个拌和温度、2个成型温度,研究不同温度条件下SMA-16混合料的毛体积密度、孔隙率、马歇尔稳定性、水稳定性和高低温性能的变化。结果表明:加热温度为170~185℃时玄武岩粗集料与SBS改性沥青的裹覆性最好;拌和温度对木质素纤维SMA混合料高温稳定性的影响比较大,对水稳定性和低温稳定性的影响不明显;拌和温度为175~185℃时,木质素纤维SMA混合料的高温稳定性、低温变形性能和水稳定性最好。
In order to clarify the influence of construction temperature on the pavement performance of SMA-16 mixture and to provide technical basis for the reasonable mixing and rolling compaction temperature of SMA-16 pavement construction, the adhesion between asphalt and mineral aggregate under different temperature conditions was studied. Simultaneously, Four mixing temperatures and two molding temperatures were used to study the changes of wool bulk density, porosity, Marshall stability, water stability and high and low temperature properties of SMA-16 blends under different temperatures. The results show that when the heating temperature is 170 ~ 185 ℃, the coverage of basalt coarse aggregate and SBS modified asphalt is the best. The mixing temperature has a great influence on the stability of high temperature stability of lignin fiber SMA mixture, The stability of the mixture is not obvious. When the mixing temperature is 175 ~ 185 ℃, the high temperature stability, the low temperature deformation performance and the water stability of the lignin fiber SMA mixture are the best.
