目前的机采工艺,水力泵可以依靠液力起下大大降低检泵修井成本,但常规单管柱水力喷射泵由于封隔器失效、泵效低等原因未能获得大量推广。双管同心管柱水力射流工艺技术因不需要封隔器和其较高泵效,成为降低成本的一种良好选择。文章结合塔河油田的油藏特点,对双管同心管柱水力射流工艺的应用可行性进行了分析,认为无论是目前的成本形势还是稠油油藏的特性,该工艺都是较为理想的现实性选择。
