改革开放三十年来,尤其是我国加入WTO以来,越来越多的企业走出国门进行海外投资,取得了令人瞩目的成就。然而,海外各种政治风险仍严重然威胁我国海外投资者的利益,挫伤海外投资者的积极性。因此,结合我国具体国情、借鉴国外立法实践,尽快完善我国海外投资保险法律制度势在必行。 Since the reform and opening up for the past 30 years, especially since China’s accession to the WTO, more and more enterprises have made remarkable achievements when they go abroad for overseas investment. However, all kinds of overseas political risks are still serious and they threaten the interests of overseas investors in our country and dampen the enthusiasm of overseas investors. Therefore, it is imperative to consummate the legal system of overseas investment insurance as soon as possible in light of the specific national conditions in our country and drawing lessons from the practice of foreign legislation.
