目的:探讨NF-κB在子痫前期胎盘中的表达及意义。方法:选取2008年1月～2010年1月在海南省人民医院住院患者90例,其中对照组30例,子痫前期患者60例(轻度30例,重度30例)。采用免疫组化法检测胎盘NF-κB p65、IκB-α的表达。结果:①对照组与子痫前期患者的胎盘NF-κB p65和IκB-α表达比较,子痫前期组较对照组的胎盘NF-κBp65表达明显升高,IκB-α表达明显降低(P<0.01)。②轻度与重度子痫前期患者胎盘NF-κBp65和IκB-α表达变化,子痫前期组重度组较子痫前期轻度组胎盘NF-κB p65表达明显升高,IκB-α表达明显降低(P<0.01)。结论:子痫前期患者胎盘NF-κB活化增强,参与免疫炎症反应及胎盘细胞损伤,从而参与子痫前期的发病过程。 Objective: To investigate the expression and significance of NF-κB in preeclampsia placenta. Methods: Totally 90 hospitalized patients in Hainan Provincial People’s Hospital from January 2008 to January 2010 were selected, including 30 cases in control group and 60 cases in preeclampsia (30 cases in mild and 30 cases in severe). Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of placental NF-κB p65, IκB-α. Results: Compared with control group, the expression of NF-κB p65 and IκB-α in placenta of preeclampsia group were significantly increased and the expression of IκB-α was significantly decreased (P <0.01) ). ② The expression of NF-κBp65 and IκB-α in placenta of mild and severe preeclampsia patients was significantly higher than that in mild preeclampsia group (P <0.05), and the expression of IκB-α was significantly lower than that in mild preeclampsia group P <0.01). CONCLUSION: The activation of placental NF-κB in preeclampsia is enhanced, which is involved in the immune-inflammatory reaction and placental cell injury, and thus plays an important role in the pathogenesis of preeclampsia.
