在测定Fe-Ga合金电解过程两极的极化曲线的基础上,采用有限元体系热力学稳定相的确定模型对两极电解过程进行热力学分析,预示了两极稳定相随电解条件而变化的情况,排除了可能使Ga及其它有价或有害元素进入溶液的条件,最后确定了合理工艺参数为NH_4Cl150g/L,Fe~(2+)40g/L,温度60℃,pH5,电流密度200A/m~2。试验结果同理论分析相吻合。
