目的通过观察Β-CATENIN和COX-2在体外培养的毛囊隆突区细胞中的表达,探讨其对隆突区细胞增殖的作用及相互关系。方法在体外分离培养毛囊隆突区细胞的基础上,采用免疫细胞化学方法分别检测不同时相Β-CATENIN和COX-2在毛囊隆突区细胞中的表达。结果Β-CATENIN和COX-2在毛囊隆突区细胞呈强表达,并表现出与培养时间的相关性;同时Β-CATENIN可见于细胞质与细胞核中,而COX-2仅见于细胞核。结论Β-CATENIN和COX-2对毛囊隆突区细胞具有促增殖作用,COX-2可能是Β-CATENIN途径发挥作用的核内靶基因。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of Β-CATENIN and COX-2 on the proliferation of hair follicle cells in vitro and the relationship between them. Methods The cells of hair follicles in hair follicles were isolated and cultured in vitro. Immunocytochemistry was used to detect the expression of Β-CATENIN and COX-2 in hair follicles at different time points. Results Β-CATENIN and COX-2 were strongly expressed in the hair follicle region of the hair follicles and showed a correlation with culture time. Meanwhile, β-CATENIN was found in the cytoplasm and nucleus, while COX-2 was only found in the nucleus. CONCLUSION: Beta-CATENIN and COX-2 can promote the proliferation of hair follicle cells in the hair follicles. COX-2 may be the nuclear target gene that the beta-CATENIN pathway plays a role.
