目的探讨缺氧诱导因子1α(HIF-1α)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的表达水平及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化法检测HIF-1α在44例NSCLC手术标本组织及16例癌旁肺组织中表达情况。结果NSCLC组织中HIF-1α的阳性率为79.5%,癌旁肺组织中无HIF-1α表达(P<0.05)。HIF-1α在Ⅲ~Ⅳ期肺癌组织中的阳性率高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期(90.6%vs.50.0%)(P<0.05)。在有远处转移的肺癌组织中HIF-1α均为阳性,未出现远处转移的肺癌组织中HIF-1α的阳性率为70.0%(P<0.05)。HIF-1α的表达与组织病理类型、患者年龄、性别及和淋巴结转移无显著性相关(P>0.05)。结论HIF-1α在NSCLC中存在过表达,并可能在NSCLC的发生、发展、转移过程中起重要作用。
Objective To investigate the expression of hypoxia inducible factor 1α (HIF-1α) in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and its clinical significance. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of HIF-1α in 44 specimens of NSCLC and 16 specimens of adjacent non-cancerous lung tissues. Results The positive rate of HIF-1α was 79.5% in NSCLC tissues and no expression of HIF-1α in adjacent non-cancerous lung tissues (P <0.05). The positive rate of HIF-1α in stage Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ lung cancer was higher than that in stage Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ (90.6% vs. 50.0%) (P <0.05). HIF-1α was positive in lung cancer with distant metastasis, and positive rate of HIF-1α in lung cancer without distant metastasis was 70.0% (P <0.05). There was no significant correlation between the expression of HIF-1α and histopathological type, age, sex and lymph node metastasis (P> 0.05). Conclusion HIF-1α is overexpressed in NSCLC and may play an important role in the development, progression and metastasis of NSCLC.
