目的 探讨急诊皮瓣移植修复儿童四肢软组织缺损的手术适应证和治疗效果。 方法 急诊行皮瓣移植修复儿童四肢软组织缺损手术 2 8例 ,其中皮神经营养血管皮瓣 10例 ,轴型皮瓣顺、逆行转移 8例 ,吻合血管的皮瓣移植 10例。 结果 皮瓣部分坏死 1例 ,其余皮瓣全部成活。术后随访 4个月～ 7年 ,皮瓣血运、弹性和质地良好。 结论 急诊皮瓣移植手术可较好地修复儿童四肢软组织缺损。
Objective To investigate the surgical indications and treatment effects of emergency skin flap transplantation for the repair of soft tissue defects of limbs in children. Methods Emergency skin flap transplantation in 28 children with soft tissue defect surgery limb surgery, including 10 cases of cutaneous neurovascular flap, axial flap in 8 cases of retrograde and retrograde flap graft in 10 cases. Results 1 case of flap necrosis, the remaining flap all survived. After 4 months to 7 years follow-up, flap blood flow, elasticity and texture were good. Conclusion Emergency skin flap transplantation can repair soft tissue defect of limbs well.
