近年来,快递业得到快速发展,但是其对文化理念的重视不够,成为其发展的约束。这种现象的产生由多方面因素所致,既有企业自身的因素,也有员工自身的因素,还有社会的因素。本文试图通过分析我国快递业企业文化理念的现状,并针对存在的问题提出了建议,以利于创业者在创业过程中重视文化理念,有效发挥企业理念的作用。
In recent years, the express delivery industry has been developed rapidly, but its lack of attention to the cultural concept has become a constraint on its development. This phenomenon is caused by many factors, both the enterprise’s own factors, but also employees own factors, as well as social factors. This paper attempts to analyze the current situation of China’s express delivery industry’s corporate culture, and puts forward some suggestions according to the existing problems so as to facilitate the entrepreneurs to attach importance to the cultural concept during the process of starting a business and effectively play the role of corporate philosophy.
