目的：介绍冠状进路治疗鼻窦骨瘤、骨化纤维瘤的经验。方法：采用该术式进路治疗７例鼻窦巨大骨瘤、骨化纤维瘤。结果：随访７例无颅内外并发症病例发生。结论：头皮双冠状进路能最大限度地暴露病变，且面部无手术疤痕。
Objective: To introduce the experience of coronal approach in the treatment of sinus osteoma and ossification fibroma. Methods: The surgical approach to the treatment of 7 cases of giant sinus tumor, ossifying fibroids. Results: Follow-up of 7 cases without intracranial complications occurred. Conclusion: Scalp double coronal approach can maximize the exposure of the lesion, and no facial scars.
