目的 :观察咳停片的镇咳作用 ,进行初步析方研究 ,评价该处方的配伍合理性。方法 :分复方组 (咳停片 )、无氯组 (不含氯化铵的咳停片 )和氯化铵组 3组 ,比较 3组对枸橼酸雾化吸入或电刺激喉上神经引起的豚鼠咳嗽反射的抑制作用。结果 :复方组和氯化铵组能抑制枸橼酸引起的豚鼠咳嗽反射 ,复方组的作用强度是氯化铵组的 1.3 2倍 ,是无氯组 4倍以上 ,无氯组无明显作用。复方组、无氯组能抑制电刺激喉上神经引起的豚鼠咳嗽反射 ,复方组的作用强度是无氯组的 2 .94倍 ,氯化铵组无作用。结论 :咳停片处方中剔除氯化铵后镇咳作用减弱 ,表明氯化铵与处方中的中药成分有协同作用 ,初步证明了该处方的合理性
Objective: To observe the antitussive effect of Keshu Tablet, conduct preliminary analysis and evaluate the compatibility of the prescription. METHODS: The three groups were divided into compound group (Coughing tablets), non-chlorinated group (without ammonium chloride cough tablets) and ammonium chloride group. The effects of 3 groups on citric acid inhalation or electrical stimulation of the laryngeal nerve were compared. The inhibitory effect of guinea pig cough reflexes. Results :Compound group and ammonium chloride group could inhibit citric acid-induced cough reflex in guinea pigs. The strength of the compound group was 1.3 times that of the ammonium chloride group, and it was more than four times that of the chlorine-free group. The chlorine-free group had no significant effect. The compound group and non-chlorine group could inhibit the cough reflex induced by electrical stimulation of the superior laryngeal nerve in the guinea pigs. The strength of the compound group was 2.94 times that of the non-chlorinated group. There was no effect in the ammonium chloride group. Conclusion: The antitussive effect was reduced after the removal of ammonium chloride from the prescriptions of coughing tablets, indicating that the ammonium chloride has a synergistic effect with the Chinese herbal ingredients in the prescription, and the rationality of the prescription was initially verified.
