上限单元技术(UBET)是近年来发展起来的一种用于解决全属塑性成形问题的理论方法,在应用于解决复杂轴对称变形问题中,已取得了良好的效果。本文作者提出了将UBET 应用于解决平面变形问题的设想,从理论上分析了UBET 应用于解决平面变形问题昀可行性,推导了矩形单元的速度场、应变速率场及上限功率表达式,用分析结果对平面变形问题进行了分析和计算,并和有关文献作了比较,从而证实了将UBET 应用于解决平面变形问题是可行的。
The upper bound element technology (UBET) is a theoretical method developed in recent years to solve the problem of all plastic forming, and has achieved good results when applied to solve the problem of complex axisymmetric deformation. The author put forward the idea of applying UBET to solve the problem of plane deformation and theoretically analyzed the feasibility of applying UBET to solve the problem of plane deformation. The velocity field, strain rate field and upper bound power expression of rectangular element are deduced. Results The plane deformation problem was analyzed and calculated, and compared with the related literature. It is proved that it is feasible to apply UBET to solve the plane deformation problem.
