近几年在推广食用菌栽培过程中,采用食用菌与蔬菜间作的方式,菇农均获得了较好的效益。 适宜与食用菌间作的有扁豆、丝瓜等多类蔬菜,按常规方法育苗移栽,栽培行距为3.5米~4米,棵距30~40厘米,蔬菜根部经常施肥,促使藤叶茂盛生长。当菜藤生长到一定高度时,用竹子搭2米高的棚架,并按一定的走向人工引藤,使菜藤往架上生长成绿色荫棚,为食用菌生长服务。在荫棚下整地作畦,把室内发好菌的食用菌袋移入棚架下栽培出菇。食用菌栽培方式视品种而定,木耳、银耳等食用菌可采用吊袋育耳或地面出耳,栽培平菇、灵芝等食用菌,为提高产量,可采用覆土出菇方式,如栽培草菇,可直接采用畦床栽培法。
