在企业的战略制定与实施过程中,中层管理人员执行力的欠缺常导致企业战略实施的困难。本文在研究企业中层管理人员与执行力内涵的基础上,认为从执行力的角度看企业中层管理人员的胜任素质主要有领导能力、人际沟通能力、专业技能与业务处理能力、激励与制度设计能力、规划与协调内部资源能力、信息反馈与分析能力等,案例分析表明,在当前实际工作中,胜任素质低或胜任素质偏差是导致执行力不足的重要原因,本文据此设定了考评模型,并在案例分析的基础上,提出了提升执行力的对策。
In the process of formulating and implementing an enterprise’s strategy, the lack of executive ability of the middle management often leads to the difficulty of implementing the strategy. On the basis of studying the connotation of mid-level management personnel and executive ability, this paper argues that the competence of middle-level management staff mainly includes leadership ability, interpersonal communication skills, professional skills and business handling ability, incentive and system design ability , The ability to plan and coordinate internal resources, information feedback and analysis capabilities, etc. Case studies show that in the current actual work, the low competence or qualified quality deviation is an important reason leading to lack of execution, this paper set the evaluation model, On the basis of the case analysis, this paper puts forward the countermeasures to enhance the execution ability.
