采用磁控溅射的方法在聚乙烯(PE)和聚氯乙烯(PVC)衬底表面生长不同厚度的Ag膜,并进一步通过衬底的热收缩制备具有褶皱结构的Ag膜。研究了衬底的热收缩性能、Ag膜厚度对褶皱结构的影响,并以结晶紫为探针分子对褶皱Ag膜的表面增强拉曼散射(SERS)活性进行了表征,探讨了褶皱形貌与SERS增强性能之间的关系。
Magnetron sputtering was used to grow Ag films with different thicknesses on the surface of polyethylene (PE) and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) substrates, and further the Ag film with the corrugated structure was prepared by thermal shrinkage of the substrate. The thermal shrinkage properties of the substrate and the influence of the Ag film thickness on the wrinkle structure were investigated. The surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) activity of the wrinkled Ag film was characterized by using crystal violet as the probe molecule. The effects of the wrinkle morphology and SERS enhances the relationship between performance.
