黄芪颗粒对胃癌根治术后化疗患者的免疫调节作用以及生活质量的影响

[目的]观察黄芪颗粒对胃癌根治术后化疗患者的免疫增强作用以及生活质量的影响。[方法]选择2014年7月~2016年11月我院行胃癌根治术的胃癌患者146例,采用信封法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组73例。流式细胞仪检测患者治疗前后外周血CD4~+和CD8~+T淋巴细胞的比例变化,使用卡氏生活质量评分(KPS)评估患者化疗前后的生活质量。[结果]观察组CD4~+T淋巴细胞比例和CD4~+/CD8~+比值显著高于对照组(P<0.05),CD8~+T淋巴细胞比例显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组临床治疗有效率为80.8%(59/73),显著高于对照组的65.8%(48/73)(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后生活质量提高率为50.7%(37/73),显著高于对照组的30.1%(22/73)(P<0.05);下降率为37.0%(27/73),显著低于对照组的13.7%(10/73)(P<0.05)。[结论]黄芪颗粒可以增强胃癌根治术后化疗患者的免疫功能,提高患者的临床疗效,并显著改善患者的生活质量。 [Objective] To observe the effect of Astragalus membranaceus on immune enhancement and quality of life in patients with gastric cancer after radical operation. [Methods] A total of 146 patients with gastric cancer undergoing radical gastrectomy from July 2014 to November 2016 were enrolled. Patients were divided into control group and observation group by envelope method, with 73 cases in each group. The changes of CD4 ~ + and CD8 ~ + T lymphocytes in peripheral blood before and after treatment were detected by flow cytometry. The quality of life of patients before and after chemotherapy was evaluated by KPS. [Results] The ratio of CD4 ~ + T lymphocytes and the ratio of CD4 ~ + / CD8 ~ + in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05). The proportion of CD8 + T lymphocytes in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group (P <0.05). The effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 80.8% (59/73), which was significantly higher than that in the control group (65.8%, 48/73) (P <0.05). The improvement rate of quality of life in the observation group after treatment was 50.7% (37/73), significantly higher than that in the control group (30.1%, 22/73) (P <0.05); the rate of decline was 37.0% (27/73) Control group, 13.7% (10/73) (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Astragalus Granules can enhance the immune function of patients undergoing radical resection of gastric cancer, improve the clinical curative effect and significantly improve the quality of life of patients.
