目的探讨了解葡萄胎差异表达新基因F10和滋养细胞肿瘤侵袭之间存在的相关性。方法以14例葡萄胎、8例侵袭性葡萄胎和10例绒癌为研究对象,通过原位杂交的方法对其中F10的表达情况进行检测,并分析新基因F10和滋养细胞肿瘤侵袭之间的相关性。结果 F10在细胞滋养细胞胞质中的表达比较,在葡萄胎中的阳性率为100%,在侵蚀性葡萄胎中阳性率为75.0%,在绒癌标本中均为强阳性表达,三者的阳性表达比较有统计学差异(P<0.05),且在三者中的阳性表达强度逐渐增强。结论 F10和滋养细胞肿瘤的发生和侵蚀性可能存在有相关性,对细胞侵袭和恶化等行为有一定的辅助作用。
Objective To investigate the correlation between the expression of a novel gene F10 that is differentially expressed in hydatidiform mole and the invasion of trophoblastic tumor. Methods 14 cases of hydatidiform mole, 8 cases of invasive hydatidiform mole and 10 cases of choriocarcinoma were studied by in situ hybridization method to detect the expression of F10, and analyze the relationship between the new gene F10 and trophoblast tumor invasion Correlation. Results The expression of F10 in cytoplasm of cytotrophoblast cells was 100% positive in hydatidiform mole and 75.0% in invasive hydatidiform mole. The expression of F10 was strongly positive in choriocarcinoma specimens. The positive expression was statistically significant (P <0.05), and in the three positive expression intensity gradually increased. Conclusions There is a correlation between F10 and trophoblastic tumor occurrence and erosiveness, which may be helpful to the behavior of cell invasion and exacerbation.
