本文对57个不同年龄不同性别骨标本的骨小梁空间结构进行了直接测量,检验这项参数与年龄变化的相关性,以确定骨衰老的真正形式,寻找能反映骨组织状况的最佳形态学参数,为进一步研究预防和治疗老年性骨质疏松奠定基础。
