应用尿素和甲醛的缩聚反应制取脲醛树脂的过程是很复杂的。所用原料的量比、反应温度、反应时间、介质的氢离子浓度对反应的进行都影响很大,尤其是氢离子浓度。反应时氢离于浓度的不同,所得到的产物也不相同。我们经过多次的实验,认为溶液中氢离子浓度对树脂的生成起着决定性作用。
Application of urea and formaldehyde polycondensation reaction urea-formaldehyde resin production process is very complicated. The ratio of the raw materials used, the reaction temperature, the reaction time, the hydrogen ion concentration of the medium have a great influence on the progress of the reaction, especially the hydrogen ion concentration. Hydrogen dissociation reaction at different concentrations, the resulting product is not the same. After many experiments, we believe that the hydrogen ion concentration in solution plays a decisive role in the formation of the resin.
