大型、特大型电解铝厂大功率设备工作时所需电压较高、所需滤波器容量较大,目前多采用FC补偿滤波器来滤除其对电网产生的谐波污染并同时进行无功补偿。本文以豫北某铝厂110kV母线电压下滤波装置为研究背景,系统的分析滤波产生的原因、电网阻抗及频率摄动对滤波效果的影响,并给出相应的改进方法。对滤波装置110kV母线滤波电流的测量结果验证了所给出方案的可行性和有效性。并就整流滤波装置常见过电压故障进行分析并提出处理意见。
Large-scale, large-scale electrolytic aluminum plant high-voltage equipment work required voltage is high, the required filter capacity larger, the current use of FC compensation filter to filter out the harmonic pollution generated by the power grid and at the same time reactive power compensation . In this paper, an aluminum plant in North Henan 110kV bus voltage filter device for the research background, the system analysis of the causes of the filter, the grid impedance and frequency perturbation on the filter effect, and gives the corresponding improvements. The measurement results of the 110kV busbar filter current of the filtering device verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed scheme. Common rectification and filtering devices over voltage fault analysis and put forward suggestions.
