以萝卜“新科原种791”品种为试验材料,研究了不同浓度(0、50、100、150、200mg/L)的离子液体1-己基-3-甲基咪唑溴化盐([C6mim]Br)对萝卜种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响,以及在不同浓度的离子液体溶液中均加入相同浓度(30mg/L)的水杨酸(SA)对离子液体的影响进行缓解效应研究。结果表明:各浓度的离子液体处理均使萝卜种子发芽率以及幼苗的干鲜重比值降低,叶片超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性和叶绿素含量下降,膜脂过氧化作用产物丙二醛(MDA)的含量升高。SA能在一定程度上缓解[C6mim]Br对萝卜种子萌发与幼苗生长的毒害。
Taking Radish “Xinkeyuan 791 ” as test material, the effects of different concentrations (0,50,100,150,200 mg / L) of ionic liquid 1-hexyl-3-methylimidazolium bromide ] Br) on the seed germination and seedling growth of radish, and the effect of salicylic acid (SA) of the same concentration (30mg / L) on the ionic liquid in different concentrations of ionic liquid solution were studied. The results showed that the germination rate of radish seed and the ratio of dry weight to fresh weight of radish seedlings decreased with the treatment of ionic liquids at various concentrations. The activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD) and chlorophyll decreased, Oxidation product malondialdehyde (MDA) content increased. SA can alleviate to some extent the toxicity of [C6mim] Br to radish seed germination and seedling growth.
