根据航空电气测试需求,设计了一种工作于400 Hz的基于功率运算放大器的精密大电流测试用电流源。设计过程中,采用电压到电流转换的基本形式,并且添加必要的相位补偿反馈环节,确保电路在不同性质负载时能够稳定工作;采用多个运算放大器并联的形式获得大电流输出,并且对从放大器添加噪声补偿,从而确保该放大器稳定工作。实验结果表明,在普通散热条件下,该电流源能够获得稳定的中频正弦大电流输出。
According to the requirements of aeronautical and electrical testing, a precision high current test current source based on power operational amplifier operating at 400 Hz is designed. In the design process, the basic form of voltage-to-current conversion is adopted, and the necessary phase compensation feedback is added to ensure the circuit can work stably under different load. The output of high current is obtained by connecting multiple operational amplifiers in parallel, Add noise compensation to ensure stable operation of the amplifier. The experimental results show that under normal cooling conditions, the current source can obtain a stable mid-frequency sinusoidal high current output.
