我国房地产市场在20世纪80年代末逐渐形成发展,相应地,房地产领域的运作规范也已初步完备,但与个别西方国家及香港地区的实践相比,我国的房地产法制建设还相对滞后,立法上存在一些问题,在一定程度上制约着我国房地产建设的发展。因此,从立法的角度探讨加强房地产法制建设,进而完善房地产立法体系,对今后我国房地产市场能够更加健康有序地发展具有重要的意义。
China’s real estate market gradually developed in the late 1980s. Correspondingly, the operating norms in the real estate sector have also been basically completed. However, compared with the practices of some Western countries and Hong Kong, the legal system of real estate in our country is still lagging behind. In terms of legislation There are some problems, to a certain extent, restrict the development of China’s real estate construction. Therefore, it is of great significance to discuss how to strengthen the construction of the legal system of the real estate from the perspective of legislation so as to perfect the legislation system of real estate, which will make it more healthy and orderly to develop the real estate market in our country in the future.
